do you accept returns
sure. why not I guess? just reach out to us via the contact page and we will figure it out with 'ya.
what if I need to cancel my order?
respond to the confirmation email or reach out via the contact page on our website within 24 hours of the time of purchase. processing times are typically 3-5 days, but some days we are really on top of it. we may need to treat the cancel as a return. in which case you will receive a refund once the return has been completed.
do you ship internationally?
sorry, at the moment we only service the United States... but reach out, we'll see what we can do.
what if my item arrives damaged?
reach out to us via the contact page, and we'll get it figured out with you. if it was a custom item, maybe we can fix it. otherwise we will refund you for the item.
where are your products made?
all of our products are made in the USA... and most are made by us in WI. we do work with a couple of producers across the country though. some components, including found objects used in custom/vintage pieces may have originated overseas.
what sustainability certifications do you have?
none. we don't believe that bureaucratic agencies have a good understanding on "sustainability". like the campers/hikers/nature lovers that we are, we believe in the concept of "leave no trace". we strive to use only local products, found objects, and materials with limited processing. everything that we sell is made one at a time by hand, by small batch, or is made to order. we're just out here doing our best.
why do you only type in lowercase? it's really annoying...
